Individual 1:1 Session

People come to therapy for many reasons. When we are in pain, confusion, fear or sadness, we seek support and understanding. Sometimes we are going through a difficult life transition and just need someone to talk to. Other times, we have specific goals we would like to reach, or coping skills we would like to learn. The therapeutic process is a creative and compassionate practice that is based in the respect and safety of the relationship between the client and the therapist. Challenges are often opportunities for growth, and often lead us to a greater understanding of ourselves.

The most common issues I treat are:

 anxiety                                relationship issues               trauma

 panic                                   life transitions                        self worth

 social anxiety                    loneliness                              depression

 stress management        problems at work
