Hi, I'm Katrina!
As a psychotherapist, my goal is to help individuals reconnect with their own ability to heal and grow. I believe that everyone has the potential to experience greater meaning, joy, and connection in their lives. I work with my clients to help them identify and overcome any obstacles or habitual patterns that may be preventing them from reaching their full potential.
My approach to therapy is tailored to each individual and is influenced by a combination of existential, cognitive-behavioral, EMDR, and mindfulness theories. This means that no two therapy journeys will be the same, and I will work with you to find the approach that best fits your values and needs. Whether we explore deeper emotional experiences, focus on practical problem-solving, or develop mindfulness skills, you can expect to be treated with respect and care every step of the way.
In addition to my training and experience, I bring a deep commitment to my clients and a genuine belief in the healing power of the therapeutic relationship. I understand that taking the step to begin therapy can be a difficult one, and I strive to create a warm, accepting environment where you feel heard, understood, and supported. Whether you're facing a specific challenge, looking to address longstanding issues, or simply looking to grow and improve your well-being, I am here to help. I look forward to working with you to help you achieve your goals and reach your full potential.
